ADJUSTMENTS AND RELINES

There is no charge for adjustments for 1 year following the initial insertion of the denture(s) Hard relines are usually necessary after 2 to 3 years due to natural changes in bone and soft tissue. Relines may be needed sooner if the patient experiences a weight gain or loss in the 10 to 15 lbs range. There is a separate fee for this service.
REPAIRS

Fractured or cracked teeth acquired through normal usage will be repaired free of charge for a period of up to 1 year from the date of initial insertion. Breakage caused by an accident or repairs required after 1 year from date of insertion are not covered. There is a separate fee for this service, which will be the usual repair fee at the time of the repair is actually done.
REMAKES

If the remake is because of tooth color, shape, or arrangement of the teeth, then a remake fee of $125.00 per denture will be charged. Note that insurance will not cover any remakes within a 5 tear period following delivery of dentures.
FINANCIAL

Dentures will not be processed until patient portion of the fee is paid in full. The patient is responsible for all the fees incurred in this office.
